Diabetic Diet Chart



7 AM   Tea/Coffee/Milk - 1 Cup(without sugar & use skimmed or low fat milk)
8 AM   Idly-4/ Upma -1 Cup/Plain Dosa -1/Phulka-2 small with sambar/vegetable curry) (No coconut or groundnut chutney)
11 AM Butter Milk(1 Cup curd: 3 Cups water) or Lime water(without sugar) or Ragi Malt( 1glass)
1 PM Rice 1/2 Cup + 2 Phulkas / Dal or Sambar/ Any vegetable Curry/1/2 cup curd
